She recently helped me buy my first home, guiding me through the ins and outs of the whole process (I just closed yesterday with little to no problems). She helped me overcome many challenges. For example, I had a low price range, which meant that, in a market with low inventory, houses were being snatched up quickly. But she put in a lot of work to make sure I was successful! I'm glad I ended up with the fifth house, which she helped me negotiate to below its appraisal value.
